Please pick up your badges and exhibitor packet at the Registration Counter outside of GRCC Expo Hall A during one of the following times:

• Saturday, August 8: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Monday, August 10: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Examine innovative tools to support safe, independent mobility. This session highlights products, adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, technologies and innovations designed for driver rehabilitation. Corporate Presenters will review features, clinical applications, implementation, and real-world use, helping attendees evaluate solutions that enhance safety and client outcomes in a classroom for a presentation time of 30 minutes inclusive of Q&A.

Exhibitors gain direct access to a highly relevant audience of professionals who actively influence purchasing and program decisions. The environment is designed for dialogue, learning, and engagement. This session allows you to showcase your expertise, answer real-world questions, build authentic relationships and strengthen brand trust in a focused, high-impact setting. Attendees will select one company to spend the entire session with.

When: Sunday, August 9 - 12:00-1:00 PM | In the Rear of the Expo
At 11:45, participating exhibitors need to go to the back of the Expo Hall and find the table with their logo.

Held in the exhibit hall at your booth, this session highlights innovative products and technologies designed to support driver rehabilitation practice. Presenters will showcase adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, assessment tools, and service delivery solutions that enhance safety, independence, and clinical effectiveness. Demonstrations are 18 minutes in length. Attendees will rotate among booths, allowing you will present to all attendees.

When: Sunday, August 9 - 2:00 PM-5:15 PM | Corporate Presentation at Your Booth
Attendees will rotate through the expo hall; presentation will be repeated every 18 minutes.

Offered as an opposed educational seminar where you can verbally engage with attendees to promote company products and services. Each company has submitted a topic for their Roundtable discussion with one designated staffer at your branded table. The employee/staff representative will conduct mini seminars/discussions related to company products and services. Your mini seminar/discussion should be about 15 minutes in length. Multiple attendee groups will rotate to 6 tables of their choice during the 1.5-hour block of time.

Attendees will rotate through the Expo hall; presentation will be repeated every 15 minutes

During this event, the selected CDRS or DRP will conduct 15-minute mini-seminars at the exhibitor’s booth over the course of a 2-hour period. Attendees can choose which Soap Box Session they want to attend and in any order. Exhibitors are to be on-site as support, issuing literature/handouts (please be prepared with 250 if you will be providing them), keeping track of time, and providing a verification code. Exhibitors are not to present the sessions as the goal for this activity is peer-to-peer education. ADED staff will announce the start of the Soap Box Sessions and each 15-minute rotation. We will be providing an information packet on-site in Richmond at the ADED Registration counter to the SOAP BOX PRESENTER, Monday morning at 7:30 AM. 

When: Monday, August 10 - 8:00 AM-10:00 AM | Peer Delivered Presentation at Your Booth
Attendees will rotate through the Expo hall; presentation will be repeated every 15 minutes

There are two award categories:

Best Booth – Recognizing outstanding booth design, visual appeal, and overall presentation
Best Engagement – Honoring the exhibitor who creates the most interactive, meaningful, and memorable attendee experience.

Voting is open to registered conference attendees only; each attendee gets one vote in each category. Our goal is to celebrate creativity, professionalism, and meaningful attendee engagement at your booth while maintaining a fair and positive experience for all exhibitors. Winners will be announced at Monday evening’s Gala.

• $1000 credit for their company for the 2027 Conference toward any booth or sponsorship purchase
