Using this site

How to join an event you've registered for 

To see registration and join an event, please log into eLearning and navigate to the dashboard. Depending on the type of event, you’ll see the items you've registered for under Upcoming Live Events or On Demand (sometimes you need to scroll through a few pages). When you click the event title, the event info is displayed and the join/view button will appear under the contents tab.

Google Chrome is the best browser for the eLearning portal and the best experience for our educational events is to view this site from a desktop or laptop computer with strong internet connectivity.  

Joining from a phone will affect the viewing experience and may limit your ability to see all items being presented. If you are joining from a phone it's best to flip your settings to desktop view. If you have an iPhone you must be using Google Chrome to access the site. If you are viewing from an iPad or Mac you must be using Google Chrome as your browser.  Certain older-generation devices and iPads are not supported, and may not display the content or our events. 

This system generates automatic confirmations of purchases and registrations.
Additionally, custom emails may be sent with additional instructions for virtual and live events. 

Many facilities that prohibit pop-ups and/or will block content, it you are not able to see our content you may need to request your facility unblock this site and/or allow pop-ups. 

Registration confirmations and receipts and  Since your email service provider probably uses some type of spam filter; we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts, or address book (also known as "whitelisting"). If you do not see an email from ADED eLearning in your Inbox due to the overzealous filtering by email service providers, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder (the sending address is elearning@aded.net). Please open your spam folder, look for it there, open it and mark it as "not spam". For more guidance on white listing please visit: https://www.whitelist.guide/

Having trouble with content loading? 
If loading is stalling  be sure you have strong internet connectivity with good upload speed and be sure you are using Google Chrome and pop us are enabled. If the issue persists, try clearing your cache or rebooting your computer.

My Dashboard

You must be logged in to view your dashboard. 

This link within your individual user profile, will provide you with a display of your purchased or registered items. To access any of this content, simply click on a title found on the left side panel. If you would like to filter the products listed here, use the search box options.

You also have the option to review your transcripts which allows you to reprint any certificates/contact hours, view notifications about any products that we may send, view your achievements (awards of credentials, microcredentials and badges) and have quick access to packages (microcredentials related items). 

In some emails you will be provided a direct link that will take you to an event or course if you chose to use a direct link, please be sure you are logged in. 

How will I receive continuing education credits for the sessions I take?

For those on-line seminars and events that offer continuing education credits, you will be asked to take a short survey at the end of the session. Completing the survey ‘unlocks’ your continuing education verification that will pop up as a printable page.  Be sure to print and save your credit verifications for future reference. 

Awarding of badges and credentials

ADED badges and credentials are verifiable. ADED utilizes a third party to issue and offer the validation of our badges and credentials. Our third part vendor is BadgeCert, here is their web page for Earner Help and information on how to share your badge: https://badgecert.com/user-guides/

If your earned badges or credentials are not showing in the Achievement Tab from the dashboard, please email elearning@aded.net

DRP Renewal

You will be able to renew your DRP 3 months before expiration. You will receive an email letting you your DRP renewal is due.

Need to Print your CDRS or DRP Certificate

  1. Log into eLearning from your computer - you need to be using Google Chrome and have pop ups enabled. 
  2. Click Dashboard on the left
  3. Click the grey Achievements button at the top of the page
  4. Click the CDRS or DRP icon and a box will pop up, scroll to the bottom and you will see the Public URL link, click that hyperlink
  5. On the left you will see Download Certificate – click that and once downloaded you can print your certificate
