Overview: The ADED Virtual Research Day will be a virtual event on November 7, 2025. The ADED Virtual Research Day 2025 theme is Roll with Changes. Students, clinicians, and researchers interested in driver rehabilitation will discuss and enhance their knowledge of evidence-based research and its application to clinical practice at this event. This is a live virtual event and will not be recorded. Attendees must be present live-virtual for the entire event to receive contact hours. 

KEYNOTE | Engaging with research in the field of driver rehabilitation 

Presenters: Emily Haffner, CScD, MOT, OTRL, CDRS & Maria T. Schultheis, PhD

This presentation will share and expand on the outcomes from the Research World Cafe event held at the annual ADED conference this year. The following topics will be addressed: the role of research and implementation in driving rehab, perceptions of driver rehabilitation specialists on the use of research in practice and topics for additional research.  This presentation will build on these findings to define a call to action and next steps for clinicians, researchers, and organizations.
