Ann Forrest Clark is an occupational therapist celebrating 39 years as a clinician with specialty study areas including:  dementia care, senior home safety, low vision rehabilitation, ergonomics and driver rehabilitation.  In 2000, Ms. Forrest Clark became a MN licensed driving instructor and in 2012 earned the certified driver rehabilitation specialist credential.  She leads the driver rehabilitation program at St. Luke’s Hospital of Duluth, MN.  In 2020, she became the owner operator of the Safer Driver Driving School specializing in senior driver testing and low-tech adaptive equipment driving training.  From 2014 - 2020 Ms. Forrest Clark served on the ADED Certification Committee concluding her service as committee co-chair.  She now serves on the ADED research committee.
